The customer service has given me so many helpful things to try and has been very kind but this item just doesn't improve their sleep. I do not rely on it to help them fall asleep or stay asleep. I strictly use this item as a reliable safe blanket for babies to sleep.
But has it helped my daughters sleep or transition from swaddle to sack or rock and play to crib? Not at all. It washes well (I usually machine wash it daily) and has thus far held up superbly. The soft stretchy light fabric of this product is amazing. When it comes to quality this item is 5 stars. Huge thumbs up for that! I decided to then try the sleep sacks figuring maybe my little monsters are out growing the swaddle and these sacks are said to be excellent for helping in the transition. Luckily the customer service is amazing and the return process is a breeze. Sadly I did have to return those since they qere proving pointless for me. I had previously tried the swaddles but for whatever reason no matter how tight I wrapped these swaddles my daughters were able to kick themselves free. I bought 2 6-12 month sleep sacks for my 5 month old twin daughters. When they're too big for their legs in the pocket, they go into the main foot swaddle area.I bought 2 6-12 month sleep sacks for my 5 month old twin daughters. I do not put him to bed without it and I get a lot more rest now. He still loves to be snuggled and held and is kind of grumpy during the day, but night times are easy now. He was a little fussier the second night, but after night 3, I have a totally different baby.
(Feeling loved and comforted goes a long way with babies) the first night I used it he slept for 5 hours without waking. We use a similar concept in our neonates, to trick them into thinking they're being held. I decided to get the zen swaddle to try to get a little more rest for myself at night.
All my children have been breastfed and looks to be really close to me/ held while sleeping. My most recent baby is turning 6 weeks old tomorrow.
